About Noemi
I have worked with elementary students for over 5 years. I have gained experience working with students who have learning difficulties, especially in the area of phonics and reading fluency. Without this abilities, reaching comprehension can be quite difficult. My goal is to give students' the confidence to become proficient readers.

I believe in teaching with respect and I like to develop a positive relationship with students because when a student feels comfortable, they will be more willing to learn. I work with manipulatives and engaging activities to maintain students' focus, as well as motivating strategies to help students reach their academic goals.
