Hello, I'm Hannah Tay, a certified yoga instructor passionate about guiding others on their journey to healing and empowerment. My story is one of resilience and transformation, sparked by an unexpected fall that left me physically and emotionally depleted. Faced with the challenge of rebuilding my strength and reclaiming my well-being, I discovered the profound healing power of yoga. Through dedicated practice, I not only regained my physical vitality but also found a newfound sense of inner peace and resilience. Yoga became my anchor, providing solace and strength during times of struggle. Intrigued by its transformative potential, I pursued formal training and earned my certification with the 200-hour Yoga Alliance. Now, armed with both personal experience and professional expertise, I am committed to sharing the gift of yoga with others, guiding them on their own journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment.
