About Inês

Hi! I'm Inês and I've been doing ballet since I was 4. I also learned other types of dance like jazz, contemporary and hiphop, but ballet is my specialty. I've given many exercises and tips, over the years, to people who wanted to start in ballet. I teach anyone interested in the field (minimum 4 years old).

About the lesson

In my classes I'll focus on 4 things: physical condition, trim, posture and expression. There will be classes only in physical preparation such as flexibility exercises, abdominal exercises and glutes exercises (that is basically floor bar). The younger the student, the more free and playful the class will be, but the structure will be the same. The classes will be totally unique, personalized for each student, taking into account the student's characteristics

Nós as duas tínhamos amigos em comum, e eu estava a pensar entrar no ballet. Recomendaram-me que fosse falar com ela e foi o que fiz. Ela deu-me duas aulas, várias dicas e exercícios diários :) recomendo totalmente

The first hour of the first class is free, but if you want more hours (lets imagine that class took 2 hours), you will already be paying for the second hour, aka 10 euros in total. Thats why I recommend 1h for the first class. ----- Please pay in cash.
