I am a Chartered Accountant working as a Finance Manager at an Accounting Firm in Cape Town specialising in start-up and small medium enterprises. I've managed large teams of accountants and auditors, and have 15+ clients across different industries. I am a marker and tutor for UCT's CA(SA) board exam predatory course.

My teaching method is to first understand where the student is struggling to understand concepts, and to build on this by discussing these to ensure the basic principles are understood that will follow through to the more advanced concepts. I base my classes on the reporting standards recognised by schools, universities and internationally recognised accounting standards. I approach each topic by "getting back to basics", and building on this understanding to overcome the more complex topics.
