About Madison
Not only was I put in educator roles as a teacher's aide both in middle school for the neighboring grade school but including high school for freshman teachers. In school, I was a recycled counselor for the outdoor school program and was purposefully placed with a more "difficult" group of students my final round because of my skills in that role. Later on, as I moved up the ladder in my high school/early graduation job I trained what eventually became all of our long-term employees, but continued to relocate to other stores to either re-train the team or assist in a new team altogether. My grandpa was a principal and my grandmother a teacher, I was raised with a passion for education and connection with those I am helping to achieve their needs.

In middle school, I was a teacher's aide for the younger children in the grade school next door for writing and math. In high school, I was an outdoor counselor three different times where I taught environmental science to middle schoolers. In high school, once I was in a manager position I was the lead trainer of our store where my position moved to re-train other locations. Every student has different learning styles and I can try to help them realize their ability through encouragement, support, and entertaining engagement. If a syllabus or class notes can be provided that would help me best understand their goals as well. My grandparents worked in education and I am very passionate about learning and proving that there is joy in craving knowledge to others. Stay Hungry! Keep Learning!
