It was always a question for me which I asked myself. I took yoga as an essential part of life and also made my students enlighten the same thing. I worked on different methods to motivate my students to encourage them do. I also encouraged a group of ladies by telling them how helpful yoga is for all the ages by giving them knowledge and taking classes for free. It was more like an awareness thing in my colony
