A Little About Me & Why I Teach Bengali
Hello everyone!
I’m Krishna Dey, and Bengali is more than just a language to me—it is a part of our culture, history, emotions, and identity.
Over the years, I have developed a deep understanding and love for the Bengali language. I believe that learning a language should not be limited to memorizing words or grammar rules. To truly learn Bengali, you need to understand where it comes from, how it is structured, and how it is naturally spoken.
That is why I want to share my knowledge with you.
My goal is to teach Bengali from the roots—starting with the fundamentals and gradually helping you develop the confidence to read, write, understand, and speak the language.
I want my students to learn not just what Bengali means, but also why we say things the way we do.
I believe knowledge becomes more meaningful when it is shared. If something I have learned over the years can make your journey easier, help you communicate better, or give you a deeper appreciation for Bengali, then sharing that knowledge is truly worthwhile for me.
So, whether you are starting from zero or already know some Bengali, I invite you to learn with curiosity, patience, and an open mind.
