About Tanusha
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 5 years and had the opportunity to teach as an intern and substitute instructor at a yoga institute in India. I’m currently based in Atlanta, GA, where I also work as a professional dance teacher. Yoga has helped me feel more grounded and balanced, and I love sharing that experience with others. My classes are beginner friendly, focused on breath, gentle movement, and helping you feel more relaxed and connected, both in your body and mind.

My goal is to help you feel more connected to your body and breath — whether you’re just starting out or returning to your mat after a break.
I offer beginner-friendly sessions that focus on movement, mindfulness, and feeling good — not perfection. My classes are relaxed, tailored to your pace, and perfect for anyone looking to build a simple, sustainable yoga practice.

Took her time to explain the purpose of everything we did during the class. Personalized the class according to my needs.. Very approachable
I’ve really enjoyed practicing yoga with Tanusha. She create a calm, welcoming environment. I’ve seen real improvement in my strength, flexibility, and mindfulness thanks to her instruction. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a beginner friendly yoga instructor.
Love Tanusha’s energy and her precision to detail. She took her time in making sure good form and posture was maintained in every aasana and made me feel comfortable through out. Definitely felt light and calm after the session.
