About Gergana
Hello! I’m a 300‑hour certified yoga teacher based in Sydney, specialising in beginner‑friendly yoga that helps you feel confident, grounded and connected to your body.
My own yoga journey showed me how powerful slow movement, mindful breathing and self‑awareness can be for both physical and mental wellbeing. As someone who also works in corporate, I understand tight hips, long workdays and the need for calm. My classes are designed to feel supportive, welcoming and completely non‑intimidating — no flexibility or experience needed.
I teach with warmth, clarity and a focus on movement awareness, helping you build confidence through simple, accessible sequences. My goal is to create a positive space where you can learn at your own pace and develop a practice that genuinely supports your lifestyle.

My classes are ideal for absolute beginners, people returning to yoga after a break, and anyone who wants slow, mindful movement to improve mobility, flexibility and overall wellbeing.
Every student is unique, so each lesson is personalised to your goals — whether you want to improve mobility, increase flexibility, build strength, reduce stress, improve posture or create a consistent routine.
A typical session includes:
gentle mobility warm‑ups
slow, guided flow
breath‑led pacing
simple, beginner‑friendly sequencing
mindfulness and grounding techniques
Lessons are supportive, non‑judgmental and designed to help you progress at your own pace. You’ll finish each session feeling calmer, more connected and more confident in your body.
