About Yuki

I'm a Japanese language teacher living in Nagoya. My favorite phrase is, “People are so interesting!”—I love getting to know all kinds of people and making new connections. I'd love to hear all about you! Let's discover the joy of expressing yourself in Japanese, at your own pace and in your own way.

About the lesson

I welcome students of all levels and will first assess your current Japanese level so that I can create lessons that are truly tailored to your needs and goals.
My lessons are mainly conversation-based, because I believe that speaking with a native Japanese teacher is one of the best ways to improve your Japanese naturally. Through conversation, you will learn not only vocabulary and grammar, but also how native speakers actually choose their words, express themselves, and think in Japanese.

I also create original learning materials tailored to each student, so you can study at your own pace without feeling overwhelmed. Whether your goal is to improve your conversation skills, prepare for the JLPT, travel to Japan, work in Japan, or simply enjoy learning Japanese, I will help you find a learning style that you can continue comfortably and consistently.

Let's work together step by step and reach your Japanese goals!
I will be there to support you throughout your learning journey. Feel free to contact me anytime!

Perfect! My tutor is absolutely outstanding! I’ve been working with my tutor for about a month now, and I’m genuinely so grateful to have found her. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional; an expert in her field who makes learning feel both approachable and enjoyable. Her English is flawless, she’s extremely easy to talk to, and she has a calm, patient presence that makes you feel fully supported, no matter what you're struggling with.

She explains concepts clearly, listens carefully, and tailors each session to your needs. I already feel more confident, and I’m excited to continue working with her long-term. Highly recommended.

Yuki's response
She already has a high level of Japanese proficiency, and I was truly impressed from our very first lesson. Her ability to absorb and understand new information is excellent. Because her input skills are so strong, I believe that focusing on output expressing herself more actively will really boost her overall Japanese ability.

I’ll do my best to support her so that her journey of learning Japanese becomes even more fulfilling. Let’s keep working hard together! Thank you!
