About Emmanuel
As an undergraduate student, I was awarded the Zondervan Award for Excellence in Biblical Languages. The Greek New Testament and Septuagint have provided my daily reading for over 10 years. I have tutored Koine Greek for 5 years and have been a teacher of all ages in a variety of settings with a variety of methods. One of the most frequent accolades I receive is that I am "easy to understand" and "make difficult things simple."

The first 30 minute session provides an assessment of your current capabilities and gives us a chance to establish measurable, achievable goals.
Subsequent sessions will develop your reading and understanding of the language in vocabulary, semantics, syntax, and genre.
Your lessons can be focused entirely on lexicography (meaning of the words), or they can be interwoven with hermeneutical (how to understand) insights.
Lessons can also be provided for exegetical essays.

I have known Emmanuel for over a decade. In that time, he has demonstrated a powerful comprehension of Greek as well as inspiring, profound patience as he answers questions. We ran a podcast for a season where he skillfully fielded theological questions with poise, grace, and relevance. He carries those traits with him into whatever he works on.
I’ve known Emmanuel a long time and he has exceptional skills at communicating clearly to help peers and students understand basic, intermediate, and advanced concepts. He has excellent knowledge of Greek grammar and can help any student comprehend, analyze, and translate a Greek text, especially the New Testament!
Emmanuel has been one of the most important people in helping me understand Greek. He is sharp, thoughtful, and especially excels at explaining complex details into bite sized pieces.
