Whether 1st grade to 12th grade I try to create a welcoming environment where students can ask me any question about their work or essays. I will give examples and even suggest further sessions to hone in on specific skills such as grammar, sentence structure, and how to formulate a strong essay. I utilize various online assistance tools to supplement a student's studies
I start off by asking a student what is the work we’ll be doing today, what they are struggling with in class, and begin adjusting my plan accordingly. After one session I can create a personalized lesson plan to better exercise new skills.
