I have gained practical experience both as a performer in professional settings and as an educator in academic and community settings.
Teaching focus:
Linguistic adaptation: I use pedagogical techniques that facilitate musical learning in different languages, ensuring that theoretical and practical concepts are clear and accessible to all students, regardless of their native language.
Culturally Responsive: I recognize the importance of integrating cultural and linguistic aspects into my teaching, celebrating musical diversity and promoting an inclusive environment where all students feel valued and represented.
Educational Personalization: Adapt my teaching methods to meet the individual needs and learning styles of each student, promoting meaningful and sustainable learning in both languages.
Resource Integration: Use multilingual resources, such as sheet music, study materials, and online resources, to enrich the educational experience and facilitate comprehensive and equitable learning.
What sets me apart:
My ability to teach in two different languages expands educational opportunities for students seeking to learn music in their preferred language or in a bilingual environment.
