About Emma
I am a Graduate Student in Communication Studies at Concordia University, originally from Belgium. I grew up in a French-English bilingual household where I spoke English with my parents and went to school in French.
I have been living in Montreal since 2015 and I really enjoy the city. I have experience tutoring at the House of Friendship, as well as in private contexts. In my free time, I enjoy going to concerts, swimming, seeing friends and cooking.
I look forward to collaborate with you through tutoring lessons that are tailored to your interests.

During our first meet-up, we will discuss your goals so I can prepare an adequate plan for our future lessons. We will also start working on the areas you would like to improve, such as writing, reading, grammar and oral fluency.
I have experience tutoring both adults and teenagers in English and French, from beginner to more advanced levels. I always prepare my lessons in advance with material for us to work on, including exercise sheets, topics for discussion and games to practice language skills.
