About Amber
I have been tutoring privately for two years now and I also tutor students who study through the examination committee. I do this with great passion and hope to end up in education one day. I had taught my sister's classmates to her classmates before.
Thanks to my biochemistry studies, I can do all sciences (chemistry, physics, biology, geography), as well as mathematics. I have taught English before. I picked up that experience through exchange projects with school.

I try to make the student(s) think and learn new methods to understand or solve something.
I'd rather explain something to someone three times in different ways than give the answer straight. In this way I am sure that the student(s) have learned something and can one day continue without tutoring.

Amber geeft me vaker bijles voor vooral mijn wetenschappen en wiskunde, maar als ik vragen heb voor andere vakken kan ze mij ook altijd helpen. Ik ben nooit bang om vragen te stellen bij Amber, ik ben altijd erg op mijn gemak.
Als ik iets echt niet snap zoekt ze verschillende manieren om het mij uit te leggen, vaak andere manieren dan de leerkracht. Dit helpt mij heel erg.
Ze geeft me veel zelfvertrouwen en als er iets niet lukt slaagt ze er altijd in mij gerust te stellen. Als we bijvoorbeeld samen oefeningen en ik een fout maak geeft ze mij ook altijd de tijd om zelf mijn fout te zoeken met hulp van haar. Ik merk dat ze telkens blij is mij te kunnen helpen.
