About Mariam
I am a Biology educator and research scientist with a strong academic background in life sciences. I hold a BS in Biochemistry, B.Ed qualification, and an MPhil in Molecular Medicine, which together provide me with both advanced subject expertise and a solid foundation in effective teaching practices.
Alongside teaching, my research exposure allows me to connect biological concepts with real scientific understanding, helping students move beyond memorization toward true conceptual clarity.
My teaching approach is structured, interactive, and student-focused. I emphasize concept building, analytical thinking, and exam preparation, using diagrams, real-life examples, and guided questioning to simplify complex topics. My tutoring approach is focused on concept clarity, structured learning, and exam-oriented mastery. I break down complex Biology topics into simple, logical steps using diagrams, real-life examples, and guided questioning so students build true understanding rather than memorization.
