About Macy
With a BSc in Biology and over 4 years of tutoring experience, I specialize in making developmental biology and embryology engaging and understandable. My lessons cover cell differentiation, morphogenesis, organogenesis, and genetic regulation. I integrate comparative embryology and model organisms to demonstrate shared patterns in development. Complex ideas are simplified and reinforced with examples. I have worked with biology majors and students aspiring to research developmental sciences, focusing on analytical thinking and evidence-based learning. My sessions encourage students to question, discuss, and apply concepts confidently. Lessons are designed to build both understanding and self-assurance. Together, we explore how a single cell forms complex tissues and organs. Join me in mastering life’s extraordinary developmental journey.

I aim to make biology accessible while strengthening critical thinking. I teach molecular biology, cell biology, genetics, zoology, botany, evolutionary biology, speciation, and phylogenetics.
Lessons simplify complex material and connect it to real-world examples. Students are encouraged to discuss, question, and explore actively.
My background in Food Chemistry and Green Chemistry adds a practical, interdisciplinary approach. Evidence-based reasoning is at the heart of my teaching.
I help students deepen their understanding of life’s diversity and evolution. Confidence grows as they learn to explain biological concepts clearly.
Each lesson is designed to support learners in achieving excellence. I encourage curiosity, independent thinking, and scientific exploration.
