About Baidurja
I have been tutoring part-time since 2015 when I first tutored KS3 students in mathematics and biology.
I have provided part time one-to-one tutoring in biology throughout my degree in biology in all levels up to A-level.
All my students have since gone on to achieve or exceed their target grade.
I have been an assistant teacher to KS2 classes in 2016. I am able to teach small groups and create a classroom-based environment where I can also provide individual attention if needed.
A friendly and amicable person, my lessons are intended to be and active intellectual experience where my student can freely discuss any doubts in knowledge/exam technique so that I can help them achieve their full potential in every exam !

A friendly and thorough approach that places emphasis on exam technique, solidifying concepts and ultimately enjoying the subject !
A typical lesson will be as follows:
1. Students can inform me about a topic of uncertainty at the beginning of the lesson/before our lesson.
2. This topic will be discussed according to the relevant specification, with any misconceptions ironed out.
3. Exam questions relevant to the topic will be practised and answers will be perfected.
4. I will regularly give easy-to-digest homework to maintain practise and strengthen concepts.
I will provide regular progress reports to assess how much my student(s) have learned and highlight topics that still need attention.
I can plan lessons for a whole year or I can tailor a unique curriculum to suit my student's individual requirements.
