About Anzhela
I am a PhD student in Biomedicine with an MSc in Pharmacology and Toxicology and a BSc in Biotechnology and Microbiology. My academic and research background includes molecular and cell biology, genetics, microbiology, pharmacology, cancer biology, and bioinformatics.
I have experience working in research laboratories and teaching university-level biology. I currently teach undergraduate Biology as a graduate teaching assistant and have previous experience teaching English.
Having studied and conducted research in English, I am comfortable explaining scientific concepts in English as well as in Russian. I enjoy making complex biological topics structured, clear, and easier to understand.

My lessons are designed for students who want to understand biology rather than simply memorize it. I explain complex concepts step by step, using clear examples, diagrams, and connections between different biological processes.
I teach general biology, cell and molecular biology, genetics, biotechnology, and related biomedical topics. Lessons can be adapted to your level and goals — whether you are a school student, a university student, or simply want to strengthen your understanding of biology.
We can work on difficult topics, prepare for tests and exams, review course material, or go through assignments together. I also encourage students to ask questions and focus extra time on concepts they find challenging.
Lessons are available in English or Russian and are tailored to each student’s needs.
