I am Dr. Akash, a qualified BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences) physician with 5.5 years of rigorous medical training in therapeutic yoga, lifestyle medicine, and natural therapies. My passion is helping clients prevent, manage, and reverse chronic health conditions using evidence-based holistic protocols.
Over the years, I have worked with working professionals, desk workers, and individuals dealing with posture fatigue, chronic back pain, stress, PCOS, and metabolic disorders. I personally design and oversee custom wellness programs tailored to each client's specific medical history, posture mechanics, and daily stress levels.
Teaching Methodology & My Approach:
Root-Cause Focus: I utilize therapeutic asanas, functional breathwork, and clinical naturopathy to target back pain, desk posture alignment, chronic stress, PCOS, and metabolic health.
Integrated Care: Option to integrate non-invasive homeopathic wellness consultations for long-term health management.
Dedicated Medical Team: Alongside my individual consultations, female doctors are also available within our team to provide personalized care and comfortable sessions for female clients whenever preferred.
Typical Lesson Plan (60 Minutes):
Centering & Breathwork (10 mins): Targeted Pranayama to balance the nervous system and lower cortisol/stress levels.
Therapeutic Flow & Alignment (40 mins): Posture-corrective sequences, gentle spinal decompression, and targeted core strengthening.
Deep Relaxation & Integration (10 mins): Yoga Nidra or guided relaxation to support clinical recovery.
