I’m a bodybuilder who’s always loved fitness, sports, and learning about muscles and body movements. After over five years in the field, I realized I enjoy teaching even more than training myself, helping others feel empowered is what drives me. So now I am committed to constantly updating my knowledge, so I can keep improving myself and provide the best guidance to those who trust me with their bodies.

About the lesson

My classes are flexible, creative, and fun. You’ll learn new techniques, push your limits safely, prevent injuries, and discover what ninja stuff your body can do. One thing certain, you will never be bored because you’ll notice progress every session.
