About William

My journey into tutoring began as a way to complete my volunteering hours in sixth form, helping younger students build confidence in speaking French. However, it quickly became something I genuinely appreciated as I saw the impact it had on students’ progress and confidence. I first started by tutoring my classmates for their GCSEs, then moved on to helping older students with A-Level ERP projects. Having moved to France as a child without speaking fluent French, I understand how challenging it can be to learn a language. That’s why I focus on making students feel comfortable while also helping them master the GCSE and A-Level mark schemes. Whether you want to improve your exam performance or become fluent in everyday conversation, I tailor lessons to your needs!

About the lesson

I offer engaging and structured French lessons tailored for GCSE & A-Level students, helping you build confidence and fluency quickly. Raised in Bordeaux, I teach with an immersive, results-driven approach, focusing on pronunciation, grammar, and conversational skills. My students have improved from grades D to A within months. Lessons are conducted online via Google Meet or Zoom, allowing for recorded sessions and a progressive tracker to monitor your progress. Each session lasts 60 minutes, with personalised exercises and feedback to ensure steady improvement. Whether you're preparing for exams or looking to boost your spoken French, I’m here to help!
