About Rubén
Hello ... Greetings and much pleasure future breakers and Hoppers, My name is Rubén Dávila although in the artistic world I am better known as DARÚ, I started in this beautiful culture at the age of 15 years being active until I was 18 years old, during this time I participated in different events, battles and Hip Hop presentations and I was part of a crew called Breakmonz crew (Currently called Street ganz) so I grew a lot both personally and professionally in the culture, when I turned 18, I went to the army for what That he put the dance aside, not because he wanted to but because being in the mountains it is obvious that he could not do it, both for safety and because the land was not provided. But when I returned to civilian life I began to train strongly again and I rejoined Street Ganz, a group with which I am currently learning more and more and with which I am creating new projects to unite and strengthen a little more culture and culture. crews from Bogotá and eventually from Colombia. I hope you are part of this project.

My classes are as follows and depending on the physical, mental and time capacity of the student I will adjust: There will be days of physical conditioning, high intensity exercises in intervals, exercises and cardio and breathing workouts, meditation exercises and finally what everyone wants, dance, a lot of dance. Why do I have to see all this if all I want is to learn to dance and throw some really good steps with a lot of style? Simple: Because breaking is more than an art, it is a discipline and it is of great perseverance, effort and dedication, it is to do it with love and emotion, many start, but few finish, that on the side of breaking, on the On the side of popping and dubstep, it is important to know how to control your breath, because although it seems easy to do these movements, if you do not have good management of your breath you will not be able to move your body like a robot or make it tremble as if you were shivering from the cold, it is For this reason, I will teach you to meditate and breathe deeply so that you learn to oxygenate your body and your brain and not get stuck in the highest level movements.
