About Ramond
Hi,
I'm Ramond Phipps; a trauma-informed
breathwork instructor. With a dedicated
commitment to guiding individuals on their
healing & personal growth journeys, my unique
approach to Breathwork will benefit anyone.
With a professional background in Mental
Health & Addictions Counseling, Crisis
Intervention, and Mindfulness & Healthcare
Program Development; the combination of
holistic wellness and mental health education
are prevalent in my breathwork sessions.
I help practitioners to explore a
profound understanding of the mind-body
connection to challenge our consciousness to
meet stress & anxiety with acceptance and
self-control. I strive to hold a safe and
nurturing space to explore the transformative
power of intentional breathing.
My approach to breathwork is playful,
cerebral, & social. With over 5 years of
facilitation experience, I've been
imbedded in our communities performing live
breathwork sessions throughout a spectrum of
services in the public, private, and non-profit
sectors; serving Veterans, Emergency Service
& First Responders, Clinical treatment
Centre’s, All-inclusive community health
organizations, and institutions supporting
survivors of crime, violence, abuse, trauma &
systemic marginalization.
Blending ancient practices with modern

innovate the way you practice breathwork.

My coaching methods are based in solution-focused compassionate intervention coaching.
My meditation methods are rooted in the science of our nervous system and hypnotherapy approaches for mindful engagement.
Whether your looking to build routine, facilitate group wellness, have a mindful check-in, or escape a stressful moment; my coaching sessions can easily meet your needs, keep you grounded, and help you stay in recovery.
Coaching is personalized for each lesson. A typical coaching session can range from 15 - 60 minutes.
Coaching options/rates:
Recovery coaching base session - $40
Group coaching session - $40 per additional participant.
Meditation session - $40
Group meditation - $40 per additional participant
No limit to participants.
Unscheduled crisis intervention - $30 per call. $30 per hour
Sessions are mostly virtual & start off with a brief check in with participants before committing to the session. Goals, themes, and considerations for the sessions are considered.
