About Dr Shalini
Coming from a healthcare background, having traveled many countries, I am currently working in the US as a Health Policy Advocate at a WHO ally organization. With an experience of 25 years with various Yoga schools in India like Isha Yoga and Kaivalyadham (oldest school) and an ardent meditator myself, I can assure you positivity and well-being in your life once we start this journey of self exploration.

Yoga isn't about bending in tough postures, it's about living in harmony with our self and the surroundings.
An oral implant surgeon by profession and a public health graduate from Johns Hopkins University in the US, I embarked my journey in yoga about 25 years back. With spiritual experiences deeper than the ocean now, I take one on one classes to help you transcend beyond your own capabilities and discover a new you. I use various methods customized to understanding your journey since childhood, your deep seated traumas and the ways to overcome them through a holistic yogic lifestyle.

Perfect! Dr Shalini is a REAL yoga teacher, if you know what I mean. She is a terrific, dedicated teacher and a truly amazing human being. She teachers both the philosophy of yoga and the practices. I still continue to do the invisible adjustments to my posture in my everyday life, the way she taught me. It makes a huge difference. And I continue doing other practices even though I cannot currently take classes.
