About Jermaine
I’ve spent 20 years watching high-performing professionals follow programmes that work brilliantly — until life gets in the way. A big deal closes, travel picks up, the schedule collapses. And the plan falls apart because it was never built for that reality in the first place.
That’s the problem I set out to solve when I founded Bodywise Training in 2005.
My background in Physiology taught me that sustainable performance isn’t about intensity — it’s about intelligent structure. The professionals I work with don’t need to be pushed harder. They need a system that adapts, recovers, and keeps them performing at the highest level regardless of what their week looks like.
That’s what the Prime State Protocol delivers. And it’s why the clients I work with tend to stay for years, not weeks.

With a BSc in Physiology from the University of Leeds and over 20 years of coaching experience, I work with high-performing professionals, executives and business owners who need a performance system built around their real life — not an idealised version of it.
My approach is built around the Prime State Protocol — a structured framework focused on three pillars: Energy, Cognitive Clarity and Longevity.
Whether you’re managing a heavy workload, frequent travel, or simply can’t afford to let your physical and mental performance slip — I’ll build a programme that holds up when life gets demanding.
I work with clients in-person at private studios in Kensington and Moorgate, London, and online with clients worldwide.
