About Sam
I am a dedicated personal trainer with a degree in Sports Science and 2 years of experience at David Lloyd. My academic background provided me with an in-depth knowledge of strength and conditioning, exercise physiology and biomechanics, which combined with the practical experience at DL allows me to create effective, personalised programmes to meet each clients unique goals.
At David Lloyd I worked with a diverse range of clients, from absolute beginners all the way through to athletes wishing to enhance their performance. This invaluable experience is key to adapting programmes to cater for all fitness levels and objectives.

Typical sessions vary from 45-60 minutes and are based around you! Each programme will be tailored to your ability level, movement capacity and goal to get you the results that you want.
Previously I have been a PT at David Lloyd for 2 years and have a degree in sports science so have plenty of experience working with all types of people and goals, achieving results with all clients that are prepared to do the work!
Nutritional advice is key for any goal that you may have so this is always included in your programmes.
