About Stuti
She is an accomplished artist, poet, journalist, and content writer with a rare love and passion for her craft, combined with skilled and sharp understanding of marketing as well as the technique and industry of art and writing. She also has the ability to transcend fields, known most for her genre-bending and emotionally explicit crafts. She often says she considers the act of living itself a work of art, and this is seen through her pieces- her style invokes a sense of both strength and fragility, something careful and vulnerable yet strong and deep. She has been published in journals more than 180 times, and has worked for Trailblazer as a content writer, TTM as both a journalist and an editor for style, NOVA as an editor, YTP as a nonprofit research and content writer, Ethnic Threads as an editor, Polyphony as a writer, and has worked freelance as well. She has 7 Scholastic Art and Writing awards in various genres, and has founded two publications of her own.

With nearly 200 publications and multiple literary awards, this tutor offers a unique and effective approach to writing instruction. As a former editor and manager at numerous literary journals, the tutor understands what sets a submission apart and what mistakes lead to rejection. The Editor's Eye: Drawing on her own editing experience, the tutor teaches students to think like an editor. Students will analyze what makes a piece of writing publishable, focusing on narrative structure, voice, pacing, and impact.
The Writer's Workshop: The focus is on specific, line-level improvements, moving beyond vague feedback. Targeted exercises on diction, syntax, and imagery sharpen the writing's precision and style.
Strategic Submission: The tutor provides a practical view of the publishing industry, including guidance on crafting effective cover letters, researching literary journals, and understanding professional submission platforms.
Visual Storytelling: As a visual artist, the tutor incorporates techniques from visual media into writing practice. This helps students "show, not tell" by focusing on vivid imagery and creating a strong visual component within their narratives.
