About Sharanki
I’ve always been drawn to roles that involve mentoring, guiding, and supporting others, whether as a Placement Mentor, Student Ambassador, or Health and Welfare Officer for my university’s cricket team. Teaching, for me, is about more than sharing knowledge — it’s about inspiring confidence, curiosity, and self-belief. I’ve seen how encouragement and clear guidance can help people unlock their potential, and that’s something I’m eager to continue doing in the classroom. I want to teach because I believe learning should be empowering and engaging. My experiences in business, leadership, and mentoring have taught me how powerful it is when students feel heard, supported, and challenged to think critically.

From my experience teaching family members through 11+ and GCSEs, I have found that a combination of both structure in regards to topics but also flexibility and encouragement help students the most in improving grades, and hope to develop this further!
