About Leana
I am a demand planner by profession with a General Commerce degree from UJ and a post Graduate diploma in Business Management from Regenesys Business College. I was a business management tutor for first years on my last year at University.
I also helped some learners with some of their economics and accounting assignments.

I use a hybrid or blended style of teaching which encourages inclusivity but i always remain focused on the teaching objectives thereby ensuring that i meet the needs of the student.
I also teach my students to be independent which i believe inspires critical thinking. It enables them to be able to analyse the subject matter on a deeper level. Through critical thinking, my students learn some responsibility, become more creative and raises their confidence level. I use a mentoring approach which ensures that my students are heard, listened to , supported and cared for.
