About Manni
Hello! I’m an enthusiastic and dedicated educator with a background in M.Com and M.Ed, passionate about making Business Studies, Commerce, and Marketing simple, practical, and interesting for students.
I believe that learning becomes more meaningful when students can relate academic concepts to real-life situations. My teaching approach focuses on explaining concepts through everyday examples, familiar brands, business situations, case studies, and interactive discussions rather than relying only on textbook learning.
I aim to create a comfortable and supportive learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions, express their ideas, and learn at their own pace. I adapt my teaching according to each student's individual needs and focus on both conceptual clarity and exam preparation.

My approach to teaching Business Studies and Marketing is based on understanding concepts rather than simply memorizing them. I believe students learn better when they can connect what they study with situations they see in their everyday lives.
I explain each topic using real-life examples, relatable situations, case studies, and practical applications. For example, while teaching concepts like marketing, branding, consumer behavior, or business strategies, I connect them with familiar brands, advertisements, social media campaigns, online shopping, and businesses that students interact with regularly.
I also encourage students to think like a businessperson by asking questions such as “Why does a company use this strategy?”, “Why do customers choose one brand over another?” or “How would you market this product?” This makes the learning process more interactive and develops analytical and decision-making skills.
My classes are student-friendly, interactive, and personalized. I adjust my teaching style according to the student's level, learning pace, and academic goals. Along with conceptual clarity, I focus on exam-oriented preparation, answer-writing skills, revision, and practical understanding.
My goal is not just to help students score good marks, but to make Business Studies and Marketing interesting, understandable, and useful beyond the class.
