About Sony
Hi, I’m Sony. I train busy professionals through bodyweight exercises and also teach them calisthenics static skills. I want to train people who are busy due to their office work and can't commit to a gym. If you also find it hard to train and have very little time in hands, I can design a workout program for you that fits your lifestyle.
Here's a little about my experience - I have lifted free weight for 7+ years and switched to Calisthenics in March 2025.
What You Will Master:
Fundamentals: Push-ups, Pull-ups, Dips, Rows, and Squats.
Static Skills: L-Sits, Elbow Levers, Crow Pose variations, and more.

I start with knowing your goals, assess your current fitness level and basic mobility, and design workout programs that fit your schedule. To start, all you need is a pullupbar and a yoga mat. I provide live online coaching via Google Meet. Workout sessions can be 3 to 4 per week, depending on your schedule. So whether you have 10, 20, 30 or 60 minutes, you can get trained with me.
