About Beth

I recently finished my Master`s degree (MPhil Classics, 2023) at Cambridge, where I also completed my undergrad (BA Classics, 1st, 2022). I have a strong knowledge of the Oxbridge application process and can help prepare for the CAT (Classics Aptitude Test) and interviews.

For my A Levels, I studied Maths, English, Latin and Greek at Westminster School. I achieved 11 top grades at GCSE, including in the Additional Maths FSMQ.

I have 2 years of experience tutoring English language GCSE for students of varying abilities. In the final year of my degree, I also ran an after-school Latin club at a local primary school with 2 other students, which gave me experience working with younger children and managing group learning.

Outside of academics, I enjoy music, dance and drama.

About the lesson

1-on-1 teaching is a fantastically fast and effective way for students to learn. I will always tailor each lesson to suit the individual student`s needs, encouraging their questions and adapting learning methods to keep them engaged and interested.

Lessons are usually an hour long and held online.
