I like to find ways for the student to understand the subject and not freak out about answering questions. I take to time to plan the lesson out and give them small assignments to help them comprehend. I do courses for school, summer, winter. I like to make sure the student can find there way to an A. I let parents know how the progress are and give them a copy of the lesson plan. I make sure everything is tailored to the student comprehension level and comfortable with the subject.
