About David

With a robust foundation in education and a commitment to fostering a love for STEM subjects, my professional journey reflects a dedication to enhancing teaching skills and creating a dynamic learning environment. Drawing upon my experiences, including participation in professional development activities, I have honed the art of assessing student progress, developing impactful curricula, and delivering engaging lesson plans.

I have successfully integrated a diverse range of STEM resources, such as textbooks, digital tools, and hands-on materials, into my lesson plans to optimize student engagement and understanding. Beyond the classroom, I've organized STEM-related extracurricular activities like science clubs and coding workshops, aiming to instill a deeper interest in STEM subjects among students.

Recognizing the importance of diversity in learning, I have tailored my teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles and abilities, ensuring that all students have the opportunity to thrive academically. My dual bachelor degrees provide a solid academic foundation, further bolstered by practical experiences that make me well-equipped to inspire and guide students on their STEM journey.

Join me in exploring the fascinating world of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, where learning goes beyond the textbook, and curiosity is the key to unlocking limitless possibilities.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is tailored to meet the unique needs and learning styles of each student.

For those who benefit from a more rigorous and structured approach, I create personalized lesson plans complete with weekly academic goals and assessments. This allows students to gradually build confidence in the subject matter.

I specialize in providing lessons for high school STEM students, covering grades 9 through 12, and various subjects such as MDM2D, MCV4U, MHF4U, SBI4U, SCH4U, SPH4U, and more.

Drawing upon my diverse and extensive background, I bring a highly developed toolkit of studying and test-taking strategies to the table. These strategies are designed to enhance the learning process by facilitating deep encoding for long-term memory recall.
