About Hattie
I am a trained and Certified Anxiety & Mindset Coach, here to help you get unstuck, find balance, and live a more meaningful and happy life.
With over 13 years’ experience in Leadership and Management within the Film & TV industry, and having supported numerous people to fulfil their potential, I realised that I found true enjoyment in empowering others to achieve their goals and succeed - and that success doesn’t mean that you have to sacrifice a meaningful life for a great career - or vice versa.
I believe that with the right mindset, anything is possible - and I come from lived experience. As a recovered self-doubter, I understand the toll that anxiety, burnout, overwhelm and imposter syndrome can take, and as a result, found my passion in helping people others to navigate these challenges. My journey has equipped me with the empathy and tools to guide you towards a balanced, fulfilling life.

I'll challenge your thinking, and support you in defining your next steps towards reaching your goal as you head on your way to a more fulfilled, balanced and rewarding life.
