About Krista
I have been in the coaching and education industry for over ten years and have created and managed educational programs in technology, manufacturing, social studies, and career development. I have worked with people of all abilities and support needs and I am experienced in customizing the learning experience to make it impactful for any student. I’m here for you, to help you achieve your goals. And that can look like many different things. In my career I have helped individually through job coaching over 100 clients find employment that they enjoy. Through program development I have helped well over 300 find the same. I want you to own this journey because it’s yours, however until you’re ready, sometimes we all just need to borrow some brilliance before we find our own.

I focus on coaching and mentoring students to understand and enjoy the following subjects- history, algebra, English, professional development, career preparation, career fulfillment. I really want your experience to be customized and based on your own goals as well as your own needs so that you get the most out of the experience. To make all that happen I’m flexible and open to discussing what the best strategy for learning is for you, because it does look different for everyone. I aim to help students master their skills and talents so that you can use those in unique ways that highlight your strengths. My main objective is for people to walk away with respect and pride in the education that they earned, especially in subjects that may have in the past seemed challenging. Once we can connect to the “why” of the topic, and work out a plan of attack, then we can work together to overcome any barrier and get to the other side. I am here to provide support, guidance, accommodations, & strategies- BUT you are the ones taking control of your education so always remember everything you learn is because of you.
