# Hi, I'm Rishika!
I'm currently pursuing Business Administration and Event Management, and I genuinely enjoy learning, communicating, and helping others understand concepts in a simple and practical way.
I completed my Class 10 (CBSE) with 94.6% and Class 12 (CBSE – Commerce) with 95.4%, giving me a strong academic foundation, especially in commerce-related subjects.
As a student myself, I understand that everyone learns differently. My teaching style is friendly, patient, interactive, and personalized. I focus on making concepts easy to understand rather than relying only on memorization.
I can help with concept clarity, doubt-solving, homework, revision, and exam preparation, while adapting lessons to each student's pace and learning style.
Along with academics, my experience in event management, leadership, teamwork, and communication has helped me develop strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
My goal is simple: to make learning less stressful, more engaging, and help every student feel confident about what they learn.

# About My Classes
I believe studying doesn't have to be stressful, boring, or just about memorizing chapters before an exam. My classes are focused on understanding concepts, clearing doubts, and building confidence so that students actually know why an answer is correct rather than simply memorizing it.
My teaching style is friendly, interactive, and personalized to each student's pace. Every student learns differently, so I adjust my explanations, examples, and practice accordingly.
