About Alexander
I am a full-time education professional with years of experience teaching and tutoring. I have taught both large groups and individual students privately. Furthermore, I am a qualified CELTA teacher (accredited by Cambridge University) with the expertise in how to teach English as a foreign language. I like to tailor my lessons to the needs of each of my students. Together, we will design a curriculum that will help you learn to communicate clearly and confidently in whatever context you require (social, business, school etc).

My lessons are based around the Cambridge University method of teaching English as a foreign language; however, I adapt this to the individual needs of each and every student. The lessons are enjoyable and relevant to the spoken English you will use every day. There are no long lists of vocabulary to memorise. Instead, we will learn how to communicate confidently and fluently. All the learning resources used are professional and selected over a career of teaching and tutoring.

I was in touch with Alex, during my period in London, in Stafford House, he's a very good teacher, very helpful, smart and friendly!
I'm very happy to have met him in this experience! Thanks a lot.
Having known Alexander for over 10 years, I can recommend him as a truly accomplished individual who has a genuine commitment to teaching. His engaging and encouraging teaching style never fails to gain the best from his students. You can be confident that Alexander is a reliable, patient, fun whilst also challenging teacher for all his students. Alexander has a genuine passion for learning, inclusive of teaching English as a foreign language and has a wealth of experience teaching all levels.
Alex was such a brilliant English tutor for me (I am Italian and live in London). I am much more confident speaking in social situations thanks to him. He made everything very fun and enjoyable and I always enjoyed speaking with him. I completely recommend him if you are learning English!
