About Helen
I completed my CELTA qualification with a Pass B in March 2021, where I taught English to multilingual classes at West London College, and I now enjoy teaching EFL privately in the north Warrington area. As my CELTA was completed online I am familiar and comfortable with teaching online using Zoom.
Before studying Music at university I achieved A Levels at Grade A in English Literature, Music and German, and I recently spent two years living in Sweden - so I understand first-hand that learning a new language can be both difficult and fun at the same time!

What levels and ages do you teach?
I teach all levels, from beginners to advanced students, and I teach adults and children. Whether you are new to the UK, stuck on a specific grammar point or you need some extra help passing your Cambridge exams, please send me a message and we can organise lessons to suit your needs.
How do you teach and what materials do you use?
All lessons are designed to fit your individual goals, but I usually work with textbooks such as New Headway and New English File alongside my own material. I provide practice in speaking, reading, listening, grammar and writing skills and I focus on improving your overall communication in English.
