About Audrey
Graduate in Law, Communication and Psychology, I worked for many years with young people in higher education schools and universities before creating MY HAPPY MIND. Today, I accompany high school students, students and adults in coaching and sophrology. I also work in establishments in Nantes. I welcome you to Nantes in a warm space in the city center of Nantes.

MY HAPPY MIND is a coaching and sophrology practice located in the city center of Nantes and specializes in accompanying 12-25 year olds. I use tools of psychopedagogy, sophrology, professional and academic coaching, NLP, EFT, hypnosis and brain gym for personalized and effective support. Individual accompaniment and group sessions.
