About Jigme
My name is Jigme and I am a full-time Strength & Conditioning Coach. I’d say the role of an S&C (Strength and Conditioning) coach is incredibly impactful in helping individuals improve their physical performance, reduce injury risk, and enhance overall health. The idea of being able to guide someone in reaching their fitness goals, whether they’re athletes or everyday people, is motivating. Hence, I am in this field changing people's lives on a daily basis.

Through these sessions, you'll be learning different Strength Training techniques which is proper lifting form, technique, and progression.
We'll work on Power Development through plyometric movements and Endurance Training to improve stamina and energy efficiency.
Mobility & Flexibility are a core to your program that will enhance your range of motion, reduce muscle tightness, and prevent injuries.
Injury Prevention will also be a part of your program to overcome any minor injuries throughout the period.
