About ダビデ

I was born in the US and moved to Argentina when I was young, where I stayed until finishing my studies at the University of Buenos Aires, after which I moved to Japan with my wife, where I taught Spanish for years and then moved to the US to become a certified court interpreter and translator.

In addition to a degree in language teaching, I also have a degree in translation and have worked in a variety of settings as an interpreter, which has helped me to develop and understanding of the language professionals need in order to communicate well! I'd love to assist you in your language learning goals, please reach out if you have any questions! - David H.

About the lesson

My training as a foreign language teacher plus my years of experience teaching Spanish as a Second Language in Buenos Aires and Japan (both very challenging environments) have led me to develop a unique efficient way to learn and keep fluent in Spanish with just a few minutes per day!

My customizable lesson plans include things like:
- Conversation-based learning
- A short movie or TV/scene in Spanish
- A useful phrase of the day
- Customization of learned phrases to fit your goals
- Interesting level-appropriate texts for reading and in-context vocabulary learning
- Adaptation of lessons to professional scenarios where you need to use Spanish

My lessons don't include:
- Boring rote learning exercises
- Boring grammar lessons
- Overpriced textbooks
