About Harriet
I am a certified fitness instructor with an honours degree in cell biology. I have a variety of clients both online (worldwide) and in person. I understand the limitations of a busy lifestyle and work with individuals to help them achieve their fitness goals. As a trialist for Team GB Underwater Hockey, I know the commitment required to follow a training plan, and it is through this I have realised the importance of personalisation and adaptation of plans to the individual and their lifestyle.

I provide high levels of support to clients and do not use a 'one size fits all' approach to coaching, I identify what coaching methods work for you and adapt my coaching to suit.

Rates listed are for 1:1 training only.
Group 1:2 sessions are priced at £40/hour.
Monthly coaching with weekly/daily accountability check-ins is an affordable set price, get in touch to find out more.
