About Agalya
After spending over 8 years working in the fast-paced corporate world, I became keenly aware of the toll stress and long hours can take on our physical and mental health. Yoga became my anchor, helping me transform stress into strength and find a sense of balance. This personal transformation inspired me to pursue deeper knowledge, leading me to traditional Hatha Yoga training. I hold a 200-hour certification from Asana Andiappan College of Yoga and Research Centre, India, accredited by Yoga Alliance. My experience includes conducting yoga sessions for corporate professionals in London and leading classes at Oxford Brookes University in the UK. My ongoing experience in the corporate world, combined with my yoga practice, has reinforced my belief in yoga’s power to restore physical and mental well-being. I am passionate about sharing the light of yoga with you and helping you find balance at work and wellness so that you can excel at your work and life!
