Each of my class focuses on both, physical as well as mental aspects of the body, as they both go hand in hand. Due to this, at the end of the class, you will be energized, more relaxed, lighter & a lot calmer than before.
The basic structure of the class:
# 1 Internalisation
# 2 Warm-ups
# 3 Surya Namaskaras
# 4 Asanas
# 5 Outsourcing (ofcourse there is Shavasana :))
However, I make changes depending on the class and requirement.

Prof très rassurant et compréhensif, il sait adapter le contenu de ses cours à votre profil ainsi qu'à votre niveau.
Les cours sont agréables, on apprend beaucoup et après avoir fini on se sent détendu tout en s'étant amusé.
Je le recommande.Amis de longue. Je recommande fortement de faire du yoga avec Anurag car c'est un très professeur très respectueux très sérieux qui adore ce qu'il fait et qui vous sera vous offrir un moment de détente et très agréable rien qu'à vous . Si vous avez envie de partir en Inde avant l'heure alors je vous conseille ce professeur !
Je fais déjà du yoga en ligne depuis quelques temps et j apprécie vraiment les cours d Anurag car ils sont différents de ceux que l on peut trouver habituellement. Ses cours s ancrent dans la tradition indienne et on termine toujours la session avec le corps et l esprit détendus . Anurag a su s adapter à mon niveau et les remarques qu il a pu me faire m ont permis de déjà progresser après quelques cours. Il a un anglais facile à suivre. C est un professeur que je recommande vivement!
