As a yoga guide with deep experience in Kundalini, breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement, I offer classes designed to nurture both body and mind. My teaching approach is holistic and heart-centered, blending physical postures (asana) with breath awareness and meditation techniques to help you cultivate inner balance, confidence, and presence.
