About Gia
I am a certified life and happiness coach. My goal is to help you navigate through your current struggles and find the way to a fulfilled and happy life. I have been giving advice for over 10 years and officially coaching online for 3 years since I've started my online business. My clients come to me when they are feeling lost, unsure of where they are in their lives and what they want to do OR knowing what they want to do but not knowing how to start and how to walk their path with confidence.

I base my classes on action plans that include a session with me and homework for you to do after the session. I use various tools including journaling, meditation, breathwork, question/answer and other scenarios.
I'd normally work with you if you are coachable - our first session will be FREE for us to discover if we are a good match. You have nothing to lose but everything to gain if you are ready for a change. I can facilitate that and make sure you are on the right track to your dream life.
