I graduated from Centennial College with a certificate in Fitness and Health Promotion and hold a Registered Health and Exercise Practitioner Certificate from the Ontario Fitness Council (OFC). After gaining experience in commercial gyms, I decided to apply my expertise to build my own clientele.
