About Azim
I have been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2018. And have trained myself since 2012.
Worked in gyms, train clients at their houses and also through online programs.
Personally I do bodybuilding but I also run, box and do sports for agility and speed as well. Hence I have helped men and women from different backgrounds achieve their various fitness goals.
My expertise lies in:
- strength training to build muscle with precision that MINIMIZES RISK OF INJURY.
-nutrition knowledge that has helped many people progress whilst having a good relationship with food for LONG TERM SUSTAINABILITY.
-having a passionate personality that focuses on pushing people past their limits while also ENJOYING THE PROCESS.

In Person Sessions (for beginners, adults, athletes, elderly)
1) Prior to exercising, we will go through a detailed questionnaire covering any health issues or injuries that may be of concern.
2) Establish goals and develop a personalized program based on that.
3) First session we will assess movements and posture through a series of exercises (optional for complete beginners)
4) Upon completing above we will move forward with an exercise routine focusing on technique and strength progression.
5) Sessions are roughly 60 mins (excluding warm-ups and cool down as well as additional questions if requested)
Online Sessions (for people with some training experience)
1) Personalized training routine or nutrition plan.
2) 60 min virtual training through Zoom or WhatsApp Call.
3) Daily WhatsApp support during working hours.
4) Weekly training and/or nutrition updates and feedback.
5) Online progress tracker (progress pictures, tape measurements, bio-feedback etc)
